Olive oil is a wonderful moisturizer, it is natural and not harmful. A mixture of 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil and 1 capsule of vitamin E is a great moisturizing treatment.

In Greece olive oil massage is used for the relief of arthritis pain, muscle, gout and swelling.

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil and 5-6 drops of lavender oil makes a great scalp massage treatment that promotes healthy shinier hair and helps dry scalp.

The qualities of olive oil were praised by ancient civilizations and continue to be praised in modern days.
